MUCFA is delighted to welcome Mrs. Sharon Bogues Wolfe to its Board of Directors. Sharon is a graduate of the Mico University College, and a successful communications and Educational, Administrative professional with more than 20 years of experience in Public Relations, Media, Perception & Brand Management.

  • Designed and implemented The MUC Alumni engagement plan

  • Overall responsibility for Public Relations, sponsorship for events, and the College’s Scholarship Program whose funding I increased by more than 10%

  • Organize and successfully executed The MUC’s first Homecoming which is now a bi-annual event

  • Produce the quarterly alumni e-newsletter and distribute to alumni

  • Actively engaged in re-imagining, building the MUC alumni database

  • Planned and executed with the Conference team, the International Mathematics Conference that involved over 300 participants

  • Chaired group of 10 NGOs to effectively plan and execute events at the local, regional and national levels focusing on parenting skills for Parents Month

  • Coordinated and worked with over 200 PTAs island-wide to successfully launch the National Parent Teachers Association of Jamaica (NPTAJ) which is a powerful stakeholder in the education sector
