Jamaica Hi5 5K Run/Walk 2026

The Jamaica High5 Foundation, in association with the Consulate General of Jamaica, Miami, will host the Jamaica Hi5 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 7:00 AM at Miramar Regional Park in Miramar, Florida.

This vibrant community event celebrates health, culture, and Jamaican pride, with reggae music along the race route, a post-race celebration, finisher medals, and free refreshments. Proceeds will benefit the Adopt-A-Clinic Initiative, supporting healthcare access and community wellness in Jamaica.

MUCFA is pleased to support the event and will be manning a MICO table on site, with the MUCFA banner on display. Alumni, friends, and supporters are encouraged to stop by, connect with the MUCFA team, and learn more about ongoing alumni initiatives.

Project Buxton Restore T-shirts will also be available for purchase at the race in support of Buxton awareness. Shirts will be available in sizes S, M, L, and XL for US$30.

MUCFA encourages alumni, friends, and supporters in the South Florida area to participate, show their Mico pride, and support this meaningful community event.
